Michelle holds Master’s degrees in Education (Special Education, Guidance and Counselling) and Clinical Psychology, together with postgraduate certification in Clinical Neurophysiology and advanced training in EEG assessment (qEEG and ERPs) and biofeedback therapy for clinical application. Across a 20-year career with Education Queensland, Michelle held senior management and leadership roles, including Education Advisor and Band 6 School Principal. For the past 20 years, she has worked as a Clinical Psychologist and Director of a highly regarded private mental health practice in Toowoomba, providing assessment and intervention services for children and adults across the lifespan, with expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions and disability. Michelle is widely respected as a consultant, educator, and supervisor for health and education professionals. She was an original facilitator for the Mental Health Professional Network; and an inaugural member of the Australasian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA).
