Ms Eaton is the Midwifery Unit Manager of the Antenatal and Gynaecology Clinic at West Moreton Health's Ipswich Hospital. She leads a range of services, including the Early Pregnancy Service, Midwifery Group Practice, Pasifika and Multicultural Liaison, Bereavement Liaison, and the Home Visiting Postnatal Service, while also managing the clinic and its dedicated staff.
With 20 years of midwifery experience across the UK and Australia, Ms Eaton has played a key role in establishing community clinics and antenatal classes across the region. She is passionate about strengthening midwifery care in the community and improving outcomes for women and families.
Ms Eaton is also the lead for the Safer Baby Bundle Project and has contributed to the Every Week Counts initiative, reflecting her commitment to safer pregnancies and high-quality maternity care.
